Queries with reserved words or characters according to the SQLite
FTS5 query language could cause errors.

Queries are now escaped like so:

    dog cat => ""dog"" ""cat""",2019-12-29T18:48:13Z,2019-12-29T18:48:30Z,13ae486343ea6454a93114c6f558ffea2f2c6874,Simon Willison,13ae486343ea6454a93114c6f558ffea2f2c6874,Simon Willison,107914493,datasette,9599,simonw,9599,simonw
