Maybe I should disable smart quotes entirely? I feel like there should be an escaping trick that works here though. I tried `insert -\\-convert` but it didn't help. {"total_count": 0, "+1": 0, "-1": 0, "laugh": 0, "hooray": 0, "confused": 0, "heart": 0, "rocket": 0, "eyes": 0} Tiny typographical error in install/uninstall docs 1386562662

Consider the following: The \--convert and the :ref:`insert \--convert <cli_insert_convert>` and It's rendered like this: <img width="328" alt="image" src="https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/9599/197885893-b859f2bd-619b-4406-9688-3a8e592267f5.png"> {"total_count": 0, "+1": 0, "-1": 0, "laugh": 0, "hooray": 0, "confused": 0, "heart": 0, "rocket": 0, "eyes": 0} Tiny typographical error in install/uninstall docs 1386562662
