Here's the code that causes it: https://github.com/simonw/datasette/blob/d6b6c9171f3fd945c4e5e4144923ac831c43c208/datasette/cli.py#L327-L333 `files` here is the list of mutable databases. `immutable` is the list of immutable ones. {"total_count": 0, "+1": 0, "-1": 0, "laugh": 0, "hooray": 0, "confused": 0, "heart": 0, "rocket": 0, "eyes": 0} --reload should only trigger for -i databases 449931899
