We've also adopted this (for now), but I notice that Uvicorn [says the following](https://www.uvicorn.org/#running-with-gunicorn): > Uvicorn includes a Gunicorn worker class allowing you to run ASGI applications, with all of Uvicorn's performance benefits, while also giving you Gunicorn's fully-featured process management. > > This allows you to increase or decrease the number of worker processes on the fly, restart worker processes gracefully, or perform server upgrades without downtime. > > For production deployments we recommend using gunicorn with the uvicorn worker class. We usually deploy Python applications via Gunicorn for these process management features (e.g. `--daemon` and `--pid`). Is this something that would/could work with Datasette as well? 107914493 issue     {"url": "https://api.github.com/repos/simonw/datasette/issues/1755/reactions", "total_count": 0, "+1": 0, "-1": 0, "laugh": 0, "hooray": 0, "confused": 0, "heart": 0, "rocket": 0, "eyes": 0}
