In the `description_html` for a database, I [have an unordered list](https://github.com/labordata/warehouse/blob/fcea4502e5b615b0eb3e0bdcb45ec634abe20bb6/warehouse_metadata.yml#L19-L22). However, on the database page on the deployed site, it is not rendering this as a bulleted list.
